Donor Retention
The goal for Team Travis was to increase their donations to the ALS Association: Georgia Chapter, their parent organization. The new Shopify site for Team Travis utilizes features to keep donors in the loop for upcoming events and ways to stay active with Team Travis throughout the year.
Familial ALS Awareness
Linking to credible resources from the ALS Assocation, the Team Travis site can act as a hub of Familial ALS research and care specifically, as there are fewer resources available regarding this specific type of ALS.
Recruiting Volunteers
One of the larger issues we wanted to help solve for Team Travis was recruiting and retaining volunteers for events and planning. The new site addresses this with a feature to make it easier to sign up for events, planning and volunteering. An email strategy for previous volunteers reminds users of upcoming opportunities to help and makes it easier to sign up.

Branding
A new logo and brand system was developed for the chapter to create harmonious communications as donors move between the parent ALS Association sites and Team Travis, but also distinguishing Team Travis from the parent nonprofit.
Site Design
To answer to Team Travis' donor needs for an information and donating hub, KarmaRocket built a single-page site to create a more succinct user experience for the donor. The single page site provides valuable learning links and event info up front, as well as quick links to donating resources or to make a donation directly.
